Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: What is your deposit requirement to place an accessible vehicle on hold?A: We require a 10% deposit to hold a wheelchair accessible vehicle. We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal or cashier checks and wire transfers. Your deposit will hold a wheelchair van for up to three weeks. During this time, your deposit is fully refundable or transferable to another accessible vehicle. However your deposit becomes non-refundable if you ask us to hold the van longer than three weeks. If we deliver an accessible vehicle to your front door, we do charge a shipping fee and the shipping charges are non-refundable. If for some reason you decide not to take your van upon delivery the remaining balance of your 10% deposit will be refunded to you immediately after your van is returned to Atlanta and your deposit funds have cleared our bank.
