I've only taken my husband out in it once so far, but he was thrilled! The only comment he made was that I was driving too fast. (I hate back seat drivers.) The transaction was relatively simple. Everyone I have dealt with through this process has been very helpful. The man who delivered the van to my driveway was very kind and showed me everything I needed to know about how to use the ramp and the hooks to secure the wheelchair in place.

Our situation is different than most, and we probably won't put many miles on the van. On average I'd say it will be driven about 3 times a month. My husband has ALS in addition to being blind, and is mostly housebound. We needed the van because it became increasingly difficult to get him in and out of a regular car seat when he needed to go to a doctor's appointment or anything else. His adult children occassionally take him to the family farm for the weekend and the trip will be made easier with the wheelchair accessible van.

I have absolutely no complaints at this point. It's been a pleasure doing business with you and your company.
