In a word, the entire experience was excellent! As you pointed out, like many others I was a bit skeptical about the idea of buying a van off a website and out of the state. However from the initial phone call you put my fears to rest. You were very easy to talk with and answered all my questions and then some. When Doug delivered the van he was exactly on time and could not have done a better job explaining the operation of the van to William “Buster” and myself. I’m sure Doug has delivered many, many vans, but he NEVER rushed us or gave us any kind of indication he was ready to leave. We even went on a 20 minute “maiden voyage” with him. He, like you, were thorough and professional at every you did. For this I am extremely grateful, read on.

Buster is my father-in-law and has not been away from his house in approximately 9 years with the exception of a couple Dr. appointments. My family took Buster for an hour and a half ride out to the beach just so he could see some of the changes that have occurred since he had been there, which were many. He was genuinely excited to go for the ride and is looking forward to our next trip this coming weekend. The van, which is really a sweet ride, has performed flawlessly and we hope to get many years and miles of service from it. So would we buy another van from AMS Vans? In a New York minute!
