Hello Jill, I would love to tell everyone about my wonderful experience with you. We decided to purchase a handicapped accessible vehicle in 2007. The decision was made because my son was almost 13 and getting bigger every day! Lifting him and his wheelchair had become a more difficult task. Yet, this purchase was definitely a big deal for my husband and I. We were done paying for the three vehicles we already had (2 SUVs and a car). I began calling each of them. After asking each of them questions, I narrowed my search down to 3 places, one of them AMS Vans. I must have called each of these three places dozens of times. Jill Rowe was my Mobility Consultant. She never pressured me into a purchase. I was uneasy about making such a big purchase from another state (I am from Mississippi). Jill helped to make me feel comfortable about purchasing a vehicle from AMS Vans. Jill explained the warranty and what it covers (several times-I called her a lot). Anyway, I chose to purchase a vehicle from AMS Vans. The whole process was relatively easy. They deliverd my van right to my front door. Still today, a year later, I am very pleased with my decision. My son really enjoys our van. Traveling is so much better now. Mary
