You told me that the day I flew into Atlanta to pick up the van would be quick and easy and you weren't kidding. You had everything set up perfectly. I can't say enough great things about everyone I met or spoke to along the way of making a very trying decision. We couldn't be happier with the way things worked out or the van itself.

It took me almost a year of watching your web site, checking what little I knew to check, and then just trusting God and going for it. You put me at ease when I made that first contact and answered all my questions. I still wasn't totally sure but, then again, I'm from Missouri, the "Show-Me" state. I guess we're a tough bunch to convince. With southern hospitality you, indeed, showed me that everything was going to be fine.

The drive back to St. Louis was smooth as could be and I arrived home before dark so the family and neighbors could see the new van. Everyone was extremely impressed.

One more thing that you may or may not have heard before. I forgot (I'm sorry) the young man's name who picked me up at the airport but he spoke very highly of the company as we rode back to see you. It was really genuine. He really felt that he was truly doing something that was personally rewarding. I've been in customer service most of my life and I know that customers remember the first and last person whom they deal with the most. He made a great impression on me and you left me with an even greater impression of AMS Vans.
