Dear Diana,

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate everything you've done to make this van possible for me. I'm sure you're familiar with the old adage, "God takes care of children and fools". Well, he's certainly taken care of this fool for many years and has done so yet again in leading me to you. Your kind, professional and understanding attitude is more appreciated than you know.

These days so many people have no concept of "customer service"; this is certainly not the case with you. The long, tiring journey to Atlanta was well worth not only obtaining a new van, but meeting you face to face. Doing business via internet and telephone is becoming more and more the "norm". Sometimes meeting the voice at the other end of the line proves disappointing. You however were every bit as professional and gracious as your "telephone" persona.

You are more appreciated than you know. The van performed beautifully on our long journey home. We got excellent gas mileage and wonderful performance. The ride was smooth and quiet. It's perfect. I, of course, have many hours of reading ahead of me in order to learn how everything operates, but I look forward to the challenge.

Anyway, before I bore you to death, thank you again for everything. Please let your boss know how much I appreciate his organization being populated by folks like yourself. Take care.
